In 2006, COATEX entered the high molecular materials industry and successfully developed a waterproof sealing tape based on polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). After three years of market promotion, the brand became well-known in the industry. Seizing this opportunity, the company introduced a PTFE/Si composite fiber series production line in 2009. Over ten years of development, COATEX established one research center and two modern factories with a total production area of 320,000 square meters, eight production workshops, and a monthly output capacity of 300,000 square meters of PTFE/Si composite fiber materials.

COATEX has a strong technical capability and excellent manufacturing technology, introducing dipping production lines and flat bed coating drying, wide weaving machines, etc. production equipment, using international and domestic standard raw materials, accompanied by experienced engineers and high-quality management personnel, ensuring that the product is under strict monitoring from research development, material procurement, production manufacture throughout the whole process, thus ensuring product quality, enjoying a higher reputation in the industry!
